Ride Around Lake Monroe

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

On Sunday, I decided to do the Ride Around Lake Monroe. It’s a great route, a little shorter from our house than it was from our apartment. It was around 36 miles, very hot, and hilly.

Not much commentary other than that. Let’s try the photos in a slideshow. Let me know if you like this better or worse than putting all the photos in the post. Note: if you are viewing this in a feed reader, you might have to click over to my site to see the slideshow.

Can’t tell from the Cool Pictures how hot it was out there but looks like it was a fun ride given the nice route around a body of water!

IMHO – Post consisting of individual pictures with even minimal commentary tell the story better!

    Peace 🙂

I agree with Chandra. Slideshow on an iPhone doesn’t make it.

Good point. Thanks for the feedback. I actually like it better the other way too, but it was worth a shot!

I would miss how your write up often describes what is happening in each particular photo. It looks like a nice ride. The new stem and handlebars look good on the Bianchi.

Beautiful area, there. Someday, I’m going to have to come ride with you.

I, too, prefer individual pics with captions (as you can probably tell, looking at some of my picture-heavy posts!).

Jon … you’re welcome any time!
