My guess is a Fuji touring bike. Could be a Long Haul Trucker though.

LOL! I Win!!!
I went looking for a steel frame, non-compact geometry, with cable stops on the bottom of the top tube, Tiagra or better brifters, road calipers, triple crank, rear rack mounts in the tube as opposed to brazed on and curved fork. That’s the only one I came across.
