as for the extra miles, that’s a double-edged sword, isn’t it? have fun exploring. That’s what it’s all about last time I checked.

Congrats. Buying a house, then making it a home, can be a very rewarding experience. Lots o’ paperwork, lots o’ tedium, but the end result is worth it all.

The extra 5 or 6 miles will cease being an issue, and that will just be the distance the you ride, after a while. Plus, you are 5 or 6 miles closer to other routes to ride!
