Looks like I missed a lot. I've been riding in the gym only these days to save time and keep myself from injury.

You know, I think Van is getting even funnier/scarier, lately. It's hard to argue with that logic, though.

As for your question, I always laugh at those people, too - sometimes out loud and directly. When I (rarely) go to a mall, I look for the first space that isn't in the middle of a small pond or next to a car that says "My owner can beat up your car and not give a sh!t". Other than that, I park, which can be an endless source of frustration for my wife, aka She Who Gets the Best Spot Every Time.

About the not-diet, you will hit some plateaus when you are losing weight as your metabolism adjusts. And you will go through phases where you just can't seem to get all of the food you need. When I was back doing it (the non-diet), I used to cram celery, lettuce, rice and LOTS of water down, because they fill your stomach but are low-cal, low-fat. It might help.

You know what Sarah should before each ride? Run right into a parked car. That way, she totally has fate on her side. What are the chances she would hit a parked car and a moving one? Or two parked cars?
